Using 10ANTS in your building
Help with building access, invitations and requests.
How do I open my building’s Tenant Site?
Use the link or QR code supplied by your building. Each Tenant Site has its own building address and branding, so there is no general building directory on the 10ANTS website.
Why am I being asked to sign in?
Public building information may be available without an account. Private features, such as personal requests or invitations, can require the email address connected to your building.
My invitation or sign-in link is not working. What should I do?
Ask your building team to check that they used the right email address or to send a new invitation. If the problem continues, they can contact 10ANTS product support.
Who handles a request I submit?
Your building or workplace team receives and manages building requests. 10ANTS provides the software but does not manage the building or decide how operational work is carried out.
Where do I sign in to 10ANTS?
Use the 10ANTS login page. Your access is connected to the email address invited by your organisation or building.
What if I forget my password?
Choose Forgot password on the 10ANTS login page. If you still cannot get in, email 10ANTS product support from your work address.
How do we change building information or configuration?
Authorised building team members can manage published content and supported day-to-day settings. For changes that are not available in 10ANTS, contact your 10ANTS support contact.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
10ANTS is web-first and is designed for current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers. If something does not work as expected, include the device, browser and page address when you contact support.
Considering 10ANTS
What to expect when you are exploring 10ANTS for a building.
What happens after I book a demo?
We arrange a short call, learn how your building currently works and show the parts of 10ANTS most relevant to your team.
Do we configure everything ourselves?
No. 10ANTS prepares the initial experience, configures the agreed modules and supports launch. Your team supplies and approves the essential building facts and brand assets.
Is a tenant app required?
No. The Tenant Site is the core public experience and works from a link or QR code. An optional tenant app can be discussed where it adds value.
Is pricing published?
No. Scope and commercial terms are discussed after a demo because building needs and selected modules differ.
