About the service
What it provides and where it fits.
What does the service provide?
10ANTS provides a building-branded Tenant Site and one management workspace for the building team. It brings together useful information, support requests, notices, events and other everyday services. A tenant app is optional.
Who is it for?
It is designed for workplace buildings in the United Kingdom, with an initial focus on smaller office buildings that need a polished but maintainable tenant experience and a practical workspace for the building team.
What are the main parts?
The core surfaces are a building-branded Tenant Site and a management workspace for authorised building teams. An optional tenant app can be added where it provides genuine value.
Do tenants have to download an app?
No. The mobile-first Tenant Site opens from a link or QR code, so tenants can use it without downloading anything. A tenant app can be added if the building wants one.
What can the Tenant Site include?
Core capabilities include building information, tenant guidance, maintenance and support requests, contacts, notices, events, documents, amenities and local guidance. The exact experience is configured for the building.
Which optional modules are available?
Optional operational modules can include visitors, deliveries, bookings, inspections and a tenant directory. Availability and the right combination depend on the building and agreed scope.
Can we use our building’s branding?
Yes. We can apply the building name, logo, colours, imagery and visual style across the tenant experience using the approved brand assets supplied for the setup.
Getting started
What happens before launch and how setup is agreed.
What happens after I book a demo?
We arrange a short call, learn how your building currently works and show the parts of the service most relevant to your team. No product or commercial commitment is created by booking a demo.
How can I book a demo?
Book a demo at https://10ants.app/contact or email sales@10ants.app. The team will arrange a short conversation focused on your building and the parts of the service most relevant to it.
What happens after we decide to proceed?
We start with a short introduction to understand how the building works, then prepare the content and branding, configure the selected experience and remain available for support. The exact plan depends on the agreed setup.
Do we have to configure everything ourselves?
No. We prepare the initial experience, configure the agreed modules and support launch. Your team supplies and approves the essential building facts, operational routes and brand assets.
What information do you need from our building team?
The exact list depends on scope, but setup normally needs approved building information, support contacts and routes, relevant services or amenities, useful tenant guidance and brand assets. We help organise this into the experience.
How much does it cost?
We do not publish fixed pricing because the scope depends on the building and the modules it needs. The team can discuss the appropriate setup and price during a demo.
How quickly can we launch?
There is no public standard launch time. Timing depends on the agreed scope and how quickly the building information, operational decisions and brand assets can be supplied and approved. The team can discuss a realistic plan after understanding the building.
Where is the service available?
The service is currently intended for workplace buildings in the United Kingdom. Contact the team to discuss a requirement outside that focus rather than assuming availability or a launch date.
How can I contact the team with a general question?
Email hello@10ants.app for a general enquiry. Product and account support is available at help@10ants.app, while prospective customers can use sales@10ants.app or book a demo.
For tenants
Help with building access, invitations and requests.
How do I open my building’s Tenant Site?
Use the link or QR code supplied by your building. Each Tenant Site has its own building address and branding, so there is no general building directory on this marketing website.
Why am I being asked to sign in?
Public building information may be available without an account. Private features, such as personal requests or invitations, can require the email address connected to your building.
My invitation or sign-in link is not working. What should I do?
Ask your building team to check that they used the right email address or to send a new invitation. If the problem continues, they can contact product support.
Who handles a request I submit?
Your building or workplace team receives and manages building requests. The platform provides the software but does not manage the building or decide how operational work is carried out.
Can the assistant on this website access my building or request?
No. The Marketing Assistant cannot access a building account, see private building information, change settings, submit requests or confirm an existing request’s status. Use your building’s own support route for building-specific help.
What should I do if my building’s information looks wrong?
Contact your building team using the support details in its Tenant Site. The building team owns and approves building-specific information and can correct the source or ask our team for product support.
For building teams
Help with access, content, configuration and support.
Where do building teams sign in?
Use the Login link or go to my.10ants.app. Access is connected to the email address invited by your organisation or building.
What if I forget my password?
Choose Forgot password on the login page. If you still cannot get in, email product support from your work address.
How do we change building information or configuration?
Authorised building team members can manage published content and supported day-to-day settings. For a change that is not available in your workspace, contact your support contact.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
The service is web-first and is designed for current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers. If something does not work as expected, include the device, browser and page address when you contact support.
How does a building team contact product support?
Use your agreed support contact or email help@10ants.app for product and account help. Building tenants should normally use the support route supplied by their own building team.
How does our published content improve the Tenant assistant?
Approved, tenant-visible building content is the assistant’s factual source. Keeping guidance, amenities, contacts, services and FAQs accurate gives tenants better grounded answers. Behaviour settings can adjust style, but they should not replace the published source content.
AI and privacy
How assistants use approved information and where their role ends.
How are AI answers kept grounded?
Assistants are designed to answer from information that our team or the relevant building team has supplied or approved. If the source does not confirm an answer, the assistant should say so instead of guessing.
What information can a Tenant assistant use?
A Tenant assistant should use published, tenant-visible information for that building. Draft, archived, staff-only and other-building content must not be treated as an answer source.
Can an AI assistant take actions for a user?
An assistant may prepare or suggest an available action, but important actions require explicit user confirmation and normal server-side permission checks. It must not claim success before the application has completed the action.
Does AI replace the building team?
No. AI can help people find approved information, organise a question or prepare a task. Building teams remain responsible for their information, operational decisions and the work carried out in the building.
Should I share confidential information with an assistant?
No. Do not share access codes, tenant lists, passwords, private documents or other confidential information in the Marketing Assistant. Use an appropriate secure contact route instead.
How long are Marketing Assistant conversations kept?
Marketing Assistant conversations are normally deleted 90 days after the last activity. The Privacy Notice explains how assistant conversations and other personal information are handled.
Where can I read the Privacy Notice?
The current Privacy Notice is available at 10ants.app/privacy. It explains how we handle enquiries, assistant conversations and personal information.
