10ANTS is a UK business in the process of incorporation. Registered company details will be added following incorporation.
Part 1: Website Terms
These Website Terms apply when you browse 10ants.app, submit an enquiry or use public demonstration material. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms.
1. Information and demonstrations
The website introduces 10ANTS to prospective customers and explains current and planned product capabilities. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but information can change as the product develops.
Building names, people, messages and operational examples are fictional demonstration content unless clearly identified otherwise. A demonstration is not a live building record, instruction or service commitment.
Website content, a demo request or a product conversation does not create a customer service contract. Scope, pricing, support, data processing and service commitments are agreed in signed customer documents.
2. Acceptable website use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass security, access non-public systems or interfere with normal operation;
- submit malicious code, automated spam or misleading contact details;
- scrape or place unreasonable load on the website in a way that harms the service or other users; or
- copy, reverse engineer or exploit protected material except where the law expressly permits it.
3. Intellectual property
10ANTS owns or licenses the website, software, brand, design and original marketing material. You may view and share links to public pages for normal business evaluation, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.
Customer and building content remains owned by the party that supplied it or its relevant rights holder.
4. Availability and third-party links
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content. We do not promise that the public website will always be available or free from faults.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content and services are controlled by those third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Part 2: Authorised Platform User Terms
These terms also apply to adults authorised by a participating building or organisation to use a Tenant Site, 10ANTS or an optional tenant app. The customer’s signed agreement with 10ANTS also governs how the service is provided.
6. Customer and user content
Customers and authorised users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, lawful and suitable for its intended building audience. They must have the rights and permissions needed to provide names, contact details, images, documents, instructions and other content.
The customer controls its building content and operational records. 10ANTS may process that information to provide, secure and support the service under the customer agreement.
7. AI-assisted features
AI features can help find published building information, identify possible requests, organise details and prepare suggested actions. AI responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, so users should check important information against the source or with the relevant building team.
An AI suggestion is not confirmation that work has been accepted, assigned to a named person, scheduled or completed. Actions that create a record require explicit user confirmation.
8. Operational boundaries
10ANTS supplies software and related setup and support. It does not own or manage customer buildings, provide reception or facilities services, or control how a building responds to an operational request.
The platform is not an emergency, life-safety or physical access-control system. Do not rely on it instead of the building’s approved emergency, security or access procedures.
A visitor QR code in 10ANTS is a reception pass, not a door credential. Bookings, requests and visitor records are subject to the relevant building’s rules and confirmation process.
9. Suspension and ending access
A customer or 10ANTS may suspend or remove access where authorisation ends, the customer relationship changes, or this is reasonably needed to address security, abuse, legal risk or a breach of these terms.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains when 10ANTS acts as controller and when it processes information for a customer building or organisation.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, public website and demonstration material is provided for general information and evaluation. 10ANTS is not responsible for decisions made solely from fictional demonstrations, unverified AI output or third-party content.
Customer-specific warranties, service commitments, remedies and liability allocation are set out in the signed customer agreement rather than these public terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
